Grass Apartments came under new ownership & management in 2023.

Alice, Josh & the team look forward to welcoming you to their little taste of paradise in the beautiful coastal town of İçmeler-Marmaris. Josh, with his Welsh Turkish background and Alice from Ireland have worked together in tourism since 2014.

Grass Apartments have 12 1 bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and either one or two large comfortable sofa beds in the lounge area. The living area has a kettle, fridge, eating/drinking utensils and a television with English speaking channels. All apartments have at least one balcony facing the pool or street, or if you're lucky, on both sides!
